    Welcome to The Red Thread Atelier!

    We are a new, fun Local Needlepoint Store, aka LNS, and destination in New York and we are looking to make needlepoint chic again!

    My name is Vaughn Dorrian. I’m a wife and mother to three teenagers. I started stitching in January of 2022. I love the mental yoga of needlepoint. And I love stitching things for others. It’s a win-win for everyone. I love the new needlepoint designers out there, as well as the classics, and I'm excited to bring them to you! Experienced or novice this is a place for everyone!! I'm all about building community, needlepointing and having fun one Red Thread at a time!
