RTA SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

RTA ships packages via USPS. There is a flat rate of $10, including shipping and handling fees.

In addition, RTA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address in checkout, so please double check before finalizing check out. Any orders sent back for incorrect address will be invoiced for a second mailing.

Turn Around Time and Tracking

Please allow 3 days for orders to process. We ship orders on Tuesday's and Saturday's once processed.  We are a small business, so please be patient, but I promise we're fast! You will receive a tracking number once we have fulfilled your order. Please allow for processing time with the carrier even if you receive a tracking number immediately.

*if you request threads, PLEASE check your SPAM folder for the invoice. This is where they usually end up. Orders will not be shipped till the whole order is settled.

US Shipping Prices

*Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150. The discount will be applied in the checkout automatically. Some finishing items may not be eligible for offer due to size/insurance requirements.

**Free Express Shipping on orders over $300. The discount will be applied in the checkout automatically. Some finishing items may not be eligible for offer due to size/insurance requirements.

International Shipping

International shipping is provided through UPS & DHL. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition, TRT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address in checkout, so please double check before finalizing check out.

Returns & Refunds

Although we hope every customer is a happy one, returns are handled case by case. To initiate a return email hello@theredthreadatelier.com.

If the return is agreed upon, a return label can be provided ($10 fee will be deducted from available credit) .

A store credit in the form of a gift card (less all shipping charges) will be issued once it is determined that the product does not violate our Return Conditions. TRT cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Canvases that have been stitched or damaged
  • Canvases that have had any customization
  • Fibers that have been cut or damaged
  • Fibers that have been purchased at another store
  • To receive store credit for a fiber exchange, fibers must be in saleable condition and match the currentdye lot at the store.
  • RTA does not accept returns or exchanges for fibers that are no longer carried
  • RTA does not accept returns on any finishing
  • Canvases that are the “wrong size” or "wrong mesh"
