Where to start:
If you are not able to stop into the Atelier, please send your project in a trackable package to The Red Thread (address below). Please include your name, contact information (telephone or email), and a brief description of how you would like your project finished. Once the package is received we will call you to go over finishing ideas including style, fabric, cording, etc

Timing:
Our standard time for finishing varies based on the type of project and the time of year. This is a cottage industry from start to finish. From the canvases being hand painted, to you stitching it, the finishers are also doing this by hand. And everyone wants to see it shine! So please give that time! Industry standard is about 3 months for an ornament, 3-6 months for a pillow. Leather belts and key fobs are approximately 16-18 weeks, and leather purses/clutches will take 12+ months. Acrylic offerings are about 12 weeks. If you want to present something at Christmas time, please note that many of the finishers stop taking on projects in June. All finishing lead times are estimates. We are not able to guarantee a return date for
any finishing item.

Customization work is all hand-painted. Generally speaking, we should be able to have your customization painted and shipped in about 4 weeks.
